When Hailey Wolfe talks about her career at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)you can hear her passion immediately—this is someone whose insights into best practices were built case by case. With more than 11 years at the FBI, Hailey built her career supporting complex investigations, assessing threats, and turning fragments of information into actionable intelligence. Today, she brings that same intelligence-led perspective to her new role as Customer Success Manager at Chorus Intelligence.

Her journey to Chorus didn’t start with a job application—it started on the front lines.

Discovery & First Impressions
Hailey first heard about the Chorus Intelligence Suite (CIS) the way many great tools are discovered: through a trusted colleague. Her colleague at a Fusion Center shared their experience piloting the CIS, emphasizing how quickly it became mission-critical to their work. Naturally, Hailey paid attention.

At the time, Hailey had just transitioned into supporting a Threat Assessment and Threat Management (TATM) program after more than 10 years at the FBI. TATM involves systematically assessing potential threats and evaluating behavioral and situational risk factors to identify individuals who may pose a concern and guide appropriate intervention strategies. When appropriate, this work involved comprehensive open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and social media analysis—often beginning with little more than a username, phone number, or email address. She recognized the need for a unified solution that would enable her to assess threats, identify indicators of risk, and preserve intelligence in a defensible, organized manner—ultimately improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of her work. She thought immediately of the Chorus Intelligence Suite (CIS).

One of the biggest game-changers? The screen capture, link analysis, and reporting functionality. Being able to preserve threats with the metadata captured and quickly generate courtroom-ready reports made her work faster, stronger, and more reliable—especially when time and accuracy mattered most.

The Moment That Changed Everything
There was one instance in particular that shifted Hailey’s perspective.

While working a high-priority threat with only minimal identifiers, she used the CIS to locate the threat, identify the individual, make connections, and generate a report that could be immediately shared with stakeholders. In that moment, everything came together quickly within the CIS.

That was when I thought, ‘I could really see myself working at Chorus,’” she says. Not just using the software—but helping others maximize its potential, improve it, and rely on it the way she had.

After years of leveraging advanced tools to support mission-critical work, Hailey knew she wanted to be part of building something truly transformative for investigations.
