Handset Time zone Issue

As part of our improvements around how we process handset downloads we previously began processing the time zone. As part of this change when combining multiple Date/Time columns in a handset download we were using the Date and Time that contained the time zone. We have been made aware of a niche scenario where when the seconds were not available we would be incorrectly showing the seconds as “00”. In the below screenshot we would be overriding the 29 seconds in the first row with 00 as would be taking the Date and Time from the Time column.

We will be resolving this issue in a future release of Chorus.  We would ask that you review the audit notes when loading handset downloads that contain a time zone.

If you have any queries regarding this or require any further information then please contact our support team at [email protected] or call 020 3597 7350.
