Entity Chain Report

We have become aware of an issue related to the Entity Chain Reports.  This report takes into account the end time of events, for example the first event was a voice call, we would look for the end time of this voice call and the start time of the following voice call (within the connection window set) to look for the chain.  In Chorus 5.6 we stopped deriving end times for events such as an SMS.  Therefore if your first event in an Entity Chain is an SMS it now has no end time so the second event cannot be matched to this and a chain would not be made.  It will work correctly for events where both the first and second entities in the chain are voice calls.

We will be resolving this issue in a future release of Chorus.  We recommend for any report that you review the results.  If you have any questions about this issue then please contact the Chorus Support Team.
