Overview

The purpose for this role is to support prospective customers providing technical and product knowledge to existing and new customers, including post sales support. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer working closely with the sales and support teams throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales team with technical presales
  • Account planning activities including product demonstration, analytical and technical meetings with customer prospects
  • Solution validation to align with customer needs
  • Development of formal written proposals and tender responses
  • Presales support of customer trials and POC onboarding including system deployment/configuration and customer training
  • Ongoing support for customer trials/POCs including best practice enablement sessions and requirements gathering, covering the full lifecycle of client projects
  • Transfer of industry, technical and product knowledge via written and verbal skills
  • Post sales system delivery support including data design, data modelling, data loading and custom data connections
  • Working with the core development team assisting with development tasks including development, testing and maintaining dev/test/demo environments
  • You will be working with multiple customers and handling a number of engagements at any given time

  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
  • At least four years’ of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
