User Groups

We run regional user group events to keep our community updated with the latest product information and features and it is a great place for Chorus users to network and listen to the latest case studies of where the technology has assisted in investigations. Look out for the invites in your mail box!

Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk operate every weekday between 08:30 and 17:30 – call us on 020 3597 7350. You can also contact support@chorusintel.com for assistance via email. No question is too big or small for our dedicated support staff.

Training

Chorus Intelligence offers comprehensive training for the users of the system. We offer a variety of different courses to meet your needs – from brand new users to refresher courses, please contact training@chorusintel.com to discuss your training needs.

Online Resources

Users can access a comprehensive online training course as well as accessing our brand new user forum to discuss Chorus with other users all over the UK. We are also launching a webinar service, to delve into more bespoke aspects of using Chorus.

Offline Resources

Each copy of Chorus is deployed with extensive training videos and user manuals that help inform our users, as well as provide vital information about the system that assists them when taking data prepared by Chorus to court.
